International Women’s Day 2019

Friday March 8th is International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day (IWD) was first celebrated in 1911 as a day to recognise women’s role and achievements and to highlight the continued struggle for equal rights. It is a public holiday in some countries.

Come into the Learning Centre on the ground floor and celebrate with us!

Back! Better and Bigger!

The Learning Centre has reopened, bigger, brighter, better.

Now on the Ground Floor, on the other side of the café- come see!

Show your love for others this Valentine’s Day

We are raising money for Intogiving,  a charity that supports projects that increase access to education.

Pay £1 and show your love, thanks or just say hello.

Post the letters in the Valentine’s Post box in the library. All money goes to charity.
