This week is Mental Health Awareness Week! With Stress Awareness Month not long behind us, and exams not far from sight, now is a great time to reflect on your mental health, do things that bring you joy and relaxation, and speak to those around you to give, and receive, support.
For Mental Health Awareness Week, and to help provide you all with a calm space to get away from stress during exams, our Relaxation Zone here in the Learning Centre will remain in place throughout May.
Welfare are also putting on their own event for Mental Health Awareness Week, with “Tea and Talk” taking place on Wednesday in the Breakout Space between 1PM and 2 PM. Members of the Welfare Team will be available to talk to, and there will be a variety of resources for you to take away.
Remember that if you are struggling there are always people to talk to – whether that’s friends, family or the staff here at INTO. You should never feel you have to struggle alone!
