Nutrition and Hydration Week

Good morning everyone and happy Monday!

This week in the Learning Centre we are celebrating Nutrition and Hydration Week. If you stop by in centre you will find a selection of recipe books on display as well as short reads on different diets and healthy living.

It’s really important for all of us – for our physical and mental health – to eat well and look after our bodies so now is a great time to explore new recipes and make sure you are looking after yourself! Looking after your physical health and eating enough is also really important to ensure you are able to perform to your best in your studies!
